Having a customer support application that auto-replies with AI which I have trained, and then if the AI doesn’t know the answers then can transfer over to human agent is very important for me! Please note for anyone considering this and additional considerations: 1. The initial setup documentation is quite lengthy and I do recommend paying them more for the help on their “hire us” page to perform initial setup, but when it comes to their help after that and with any possible bugs or fixes, their team is very quick to respond and are very helpful! 2.
